We've been here twice.It's an amazing place.The room has everything for your comfort.It's clean and cozy. It's so quiet and peaceful here, and their king beds are so comfortable that you're ready to skip your plane to enjoy a longer nap. The airport is 7 minutes away.We will definitely come back here again and we will recommend this hotel to our friends.

This was one of the best places we stayed in Vancouver. Beautiful hotel, well located and includes free shuttle bus. I was really surprised because I liked how our room was spacious , great bathroom, and comfortable beds. They have a restaurant inside which was good. Anyway, it is a very good option to stay in Vancouver

The room was newly updated, modern, and very comfortable. The airport shuttle was confusing on arrival , no signs or schedule at the airport or online. At the hotel, though, the schedule was clearly posted, the shuttle ran on time, and the driver was very friendly. I arrived at 12 :30pm and asked about early check-in, but was quoted $60 even though check-in is at 3 pm. I would’ve preferred being told the room wasn’t available. Overall, an excellent stay. Great location close to the subway. I’d stay here again.

Beware parking their long-term, we stayed there for one night and the room was nice but our car was not their when we returned from our vacation a week later. When we checked in we told the front desk when we would be flying back & how long we needed to leave our vehicle there as we were flying out the next morning and paid accordingly. When we got back from vacation a week later our vehicle was gone and it took them half an hour to figure it out & that they had accidentally had it towed resulting in us missing our ferry that we had booked. We were told by the front desk and manager on shift that they can see in the system that we had paid to park and that they would reimburse us for the towing fees as it was their fault. A few days later the manager Moutaz Abu-Sulieman call us and said that they would not be reimbursing us for the towing fees because we only paid up until that day to have the vehicle stored there and that they towed it that day so it's not their fault even though we told the front desk when we were coming back and we were supposed to be good until midnight that night. Eventually after fighting with them for a couple days they did reimburse us for the Towing fees but it was very greasy of the manager Moutaz to try and do that to us.

Water pressure in the shower was good. Reading lights were cool on either side of the bed. Bed was comfy. USB chargers beside the bed. You could Chromecast or connect a laptop for streaming services on the TV. Ample parking and a great place to stay if you are traveling out of YVR - very close proximity to the airport. Bathroom was a little tight to have more than one person getting ready. The Tide restaurant was nice - great ambiance. Menu was geared more to fish dishes and was a little over priced. A good experience, non the less. Great checkout time (noon).

Highly recommended. The room was very comfortable and offered a direct view of the marina. The housekeeping team was always warm and welcoming. Naydu was especially amazing as she knew exactly when I left my room and consistently ensured that I returned to a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared space.

EDIT: We just found out that they mistakenly overwritten the credit card we put on file when we did a pre check in and their staff randomly decided to just charge the credit card we put as a hold because they felt like it. The manager seems to be inexperienced to be in that position. Doesn't acknowlege their mistake and doesn't even look at guests when talking. On top of that, the same shuttle driver did it again and knocked on our window aggressively and shouting at us to move. Even threatened us to speak with the manager as if the management won't care about guests. It seems like they don't really care about guest experience and let their staff do whatever they want. No SOPs. The driver even tried to reverse the shuttle on us to scare us off which is absurd as it shows that he lacks critical thinking to be holding a driver's license. All the management said was the driver was new. We had brushed off a lot of issues during our stay but it seems like a lot of issues are coming up on their own. We were already complaining in the front desk about our experience that happened 1 week ago and the shuttle driver added more problems for their hotel by deciding to argue with guests pushing the fact that the driveway in front of the door is for their shuttle only. Disappointing experience with an airport shuttle driver in the hotel driveway. Right after we finished loading our belongings, we were told to move immediately, claiming the driveway was for shuttle use only. There was no signage indicating this, and the driveway has plenty of space for vehicles to maneuver and park. It is completely unacceptable for a shuttle driver to shoo away any vehicle using a driveway as if it is solely for their shuttle bus and to dismiss all guests with vehicles. This happened twice, including to other members of my family. We were clearly in the process of leaving and not obstructing traffic, yet were treated as if we were not hotel guests. The tone was abrupt and unnecessary. In addition, bell staff were just chatting and did not offer any service, the automatic doors were not operational, and the night auditor made faces as if we were inconveniencing him for checking in, which is part of his job. I work in the industry, so I know what standard of service should be expected. This fell far below it. The hotel did offer some form of compensation, which was appreciated. On a positive note, the housekeeper was very kind and pleasant, which helped offset the experience.

We spent Christmas here with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help, which made us feel right at home during the holidays. Our room was spotless and very well cared for — clean, comfortable, and peaceful. It made our stay relaxing and stress-free. The hotel created a warm, calm atmosphere that was perfect for spending quality time together as a family. We’re very grateful to the team for making our Christmas stay so special and memorable. Highly recommended.

Nice renovated hotel. Room was roomy and comfortable. Tried the new restaurant in lobby. Not bad. They need to incorporate happy hour. Beer too high at 950 and 10 dollars. Robes in the rooms would have been a nice PLUS.

This is a surprisingly nice hotel! Very clean and modern, with a decent restaurant, and within 20 minutes walk of other dining options. Nice beds. Quick check-in with friendly staff. It's quiet, too, considering it is directly in the flight path. The shuttle service is great; it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. I don't usually think of airport-adjacent hotels as places I would choose to stay, but this one is much better than I expected. Bonus: if you like watching planes, the west-facing upper-level rooms have a sightline that includes both runways.
