This is a really great hotel if you're planning on staying near the airport since it's a very short ride. They also offer complimentary shuttle rides to and from the airport which is amazing. The rooms were very beautiful, spacious and clean. The desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast selection was amazing, so many options to choose from! The only con is that everything is so far away (this is our fault as we didn't plan ahead). However if you'd like to explore the city more, I'd find a hotel closer. However, we did use the busses and subway which helped! It's also nice that there's a costco and 7-eleven in walking distance if you need anything. Would stay again!

Well located hotel in Vancouver that is close to the airport. Rooms were quite comfortable and had everything that you might need. Breakfast provided downstairs and was also quite reasonable. A short walk to the casino where the photos were taken, and the train station, making it easy to get into the city or to stops around town. Shuttle to the airport was also provided making for a convenient and easy way to catch a flight. Well worth checking out.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Vancouver Airport – Richmond. The room was pristine, and the breakfast was great and plentiful. Special thanks to Ryan and Terry from the night shift, Rose from the breakfast team, and Leo the shuttle driver—everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby and Costco just across the street. The free airport shuttle is also a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Super friendly and helpful staff here. Updated and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Courtesy shuttle (found upstairs at departures area) was already full so we took a $25 taxi and we were reimbursed for it at reception. Will be back!

Great stay at Holiday Inn express! They have amenities that higher priced hotels often don’t have such as black out blinds, white noise machine, HDMI hook up to TV for laptop, two types of pillows (soft and harder). Hot breakfast was great and shuttle to and from airport was also great.

We spent a night and left our vehicle at the Bridgeport Holiday Inn while we travelled to Mexico for a week. The shuttle is fantastic and the driver was very helpful to all passengers. Upon our return from Mexico we called the front desk from the airport and the shuttle picked us up at the airport 15 minutes later. We decided to stay an additional night plus the one we had booked for our return and Abdi was extremely helpful. He helped the family in front of us that had a very special needs member in their party. He showed great patience and was extremely professional. We love the Holiday Inn on Bridgeport and we truly enjoy every interaction with the staff on site. Thanks Abdi hope to see you again soon.

Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Free coffee available. Costco is right next door. Service was okay, but I wasn't informed of the free breakfast in the morning. In Dec 2025, construction noise of trucks working all night made it impossible for me to sleep. Had my daughter not been asleep, I would have checked out and went elsewhere. Bathtub tap was dripping all night long as we'll, but I imagine they are not aware, so I will report that so they can fix it for the next person. I anticipate that without the heavy equipment noise all night, this would be a great stay.

It’s a bummer that there is no free parking lot here but they charge I believe $25 a day for parking. The convenient part is the shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Walking distance to one of the Metro stations from where the whole city is interconnected. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which makes it easy to get to the Metro station. If you don’t feel like walking. Overall, it’s a great location for travellers and I enjoyed my stay here. it had all the standard amenities except they didn’t provide flip-flops at this Holiday Inn express whereas I’ve always been able to get flip-flops at other Holiday Inn express.

The driver who picked us up from the airport was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for traveling in Calgary. He also helped us contact the hotel front desk to reserve the airport shuttle for the next morning, which was very helpful for our family, who were visiting Canada for the first time. We were very grateful for his reminders and assistance. The front desk staff were also very helpful, let us changing some one-dollar and five-dollar, taking us to the laundry room, and showing us how to use it. We were truly grateful! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was wonderful to have a hearty breakfast to enjoy first thing in the morning. Thank you to the staff who prepared the breakfast. As for the room, the bed was comfortable and clean. The room was warm and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathtub drained very well, although a couple of hairs weren't completely removed, but this didn't detract from the overall experience. The coffee cups were a thoughtful touch, allowing us to take them with us, and the coffee was excellent. Finally, the only downside was that the hotel's pre-authorization hadn't been cancelled, and it had been using up my credit card limit for almost a month. I'm wondering if I really have to wait 45 days for the room fee to be removed from my credit card limit. This is the only thing that bothers me.

This hotel is in a great location for anyone wanting a reasonably priced stay for either the airport or Vancouver via Skytrain. There is a very convenient shuttle direct to and from the airport and it is a short walk to the Bridgeport Skytrain station. There is parking available on site, and you can arrange for some short term parking as we did. The check in and out was smooth. Rooms are clean and not large however beds and pillows were "moderate to good" comfort. The bathroom was bright and clean. There is a small fridge and coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is kind of the standard Canadian mid-chain hotel breakfast and is included in the room price we received. The Hotel backs onto the Oak Street Bridge on one side and we did not hear much for traffic noise. The room side faces the loading docks of Costco and if you leave your window open, you'll hear their comings and goings at all hours.
