Great stay. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable, with a lovely view and an excellent bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and the airport shuttle made everything easy. Breakfast downstairs was also very good value. A stylish hotel with a bit more character than the usual chain hotels, would happily stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Versante. We were hosting our wedding reception in Richmond the weekend that we stayed and the hotel was so kind to upgrade our room and send us a card with a fruit plate. We loved using the pool and gym amenities and the staff also helped us to check in early. Thank you for a great stay during our wedding weekend.

Two weeks in this hotel, with impeccable service and a warm welcome from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and filled with all the thoughtful touches you expect from a boutique hotel. The food was delicious. A special mention to Adriana and Omer, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Overall, a flawless experience in this modern and premium hotel. Its location is also a huge plus: only about 10 minutes from the airport by shuttle, close to the Richmond Night Market, and surrounded by several great restaurants worth checking out. I can’t say enough about how lovely this hotel is. Each room offers a unique view and experience, making every stay feel special. The customer service is truly exceptional…you feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment you arrive. From the valet parking to the delicious breakfast and relaxing heated pool, every detail is thoughtfully done. The rooms are modern, chic, and beautifully designed, with stunning features like freestanding tubs that elevate the entire experience. I’ve stayed here already and will absolutely be returning. Its location just minutes from the airport makes it even more convenient. With VIP access through Expedia, I also enjoyed a late checkout, which let me relax and enjoy every last moment of my trip to Vancouver. Highly recommended…I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for just one night, but honestly, it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was super smooth and quick, and the staff—especially the girl at the front desk—was incredibly warm and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable right away. Valet service was very convenient—you could simply call, and your car would be ready within minutes, which made everything so effortless. The hotel itself was spotless, peaceful, and had such a calm vibe. The rooms were absolutely stunning—the floral wallpaper added such a unique and elegant touch. The view was breathtaking, especially watching airplanes take off right outside the window—it felt so surreal ?? The highlight for me was definitely the washroom—luxurious and beautifully designed. The Dyson hair dryer, the standalone bathtub with a view… it honestly felt like a mini spa experience. The only small downside was that the restaurant was closed, but they thoughtfully offered takeout options like muffins, cookies, and coffee at the door, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely stay—comfortable, aesthetic, and memorable. Would definitely recommend! ?

If I could give more Stars I would easily give 100. This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Absolutely stunning with amazing staff and amenities. Such a comfortable place to stay with the most gorgeous and bold decor. Love it!! Highly recommend

Right by the airport, easy shuttle to the airport in the morning. Wasn't the cheapest but the rooms were nice. The staff was very helpful and recommended places to eat nearby, and generally made things easy for us during our stay. One thing to watch out for, is our bathroom had a glass door on it, so there's not as much privacy for the toilet if that's important to you. For us, it wasn't an issue but I can imagine others I know being more uncomfortable with that. The room itself was super clean, very interestingly decorated and spacious. I do wish we'd been able to book a room with 2 beds to stay with our friends rather than separate rooms, but it sounded like the hotel was all booked up the weekend we were there. All in all, great for a stay while passing through Vancouver.

Beautiful rooms with amazing soaker tub and heated bathroom floors. Great service too and breakfast the hotel restaurant Bruno. Only downside is location but still only a 20-30 min from most Vancouver destinations

Its a newer building. Beautiful rooms. Nice heated pool. Close to light rail. Seamless and professional front desk staff. I enjoyed it more than some of the 5 star hotels downtown.

We got to watch planes come into the airport (still far enough away its not loud at all) from our gorgeous comfy bed looking out a whole wall of window. The rooms are artsy and cute they actually put effort into the decor, and theres robes and slippers. We had just come in after 20 hrs of travel and are not big hotel people so usually we would just go for a Travelodge or something to crash for the night but the Versante was leagues above and not even that much more expensive. I'd definitely stay here again
