My husband and I had our wedding here in January 2026 in the 4F ballroom (and Lulu Island room as a bridal lounge). Our event coordinator was Mei Lee, followed by Jennifer Le, and finally, Nadia Oblak. They all have very fast response time and clear communication. They provided fantastic concessions and great care in everything they did for us. We had a lovely, unforgettable wedding and received wonderful service from the banquet team, headed by Colin and Utku. Everything was well organized and efficient. Great parking options and close to the skytrain. P1 in the parkade has an elevator that goes straight up to the conference floor which is perfect for rainy days. The Westin team made our special day seamless and beautiful. It felt like their only goal was to make our lives easier in any way possible. After the wedding, we stayed in the bridal suite for 3 nights (1 night complimentary, and 2 nights upgraded from a standard room we booked). The reception staff were lovely and the food at the Apron was delicious, though menu prices are on the pricier side (ours was complimentary, so no complaints from me). The room was gorgeous and spacious. Our only complaint would be with the in-house overpriced tech team ENCORE who charged us labour costs for electricity. Otherwise, I couldn't imagine a better team than Mei, Jennifer, Nadia, Colin, Utku, and the rest of the banquet team - Phenomenal service and Impeccable communication. Everyone was so lovely to us that I could not imagine holding my wedding anywhere else. Big thank you again from myself and my husband!

After hours in airports, I was disappointed and frustrated when my connecting travel plans changed last-minute. I went directly from YVR airport to this hotel. When I asked if they had rooms, the man at the front desk, told me yes and to book online as I stood there, which I did. Despite me telling him about my frustrating and long journey to get there, he didn't acknowledge my story or offer me any empathy. Just "here is your room key" and no explanation of amenities. Very cold and rude. I was feeling even worse than when I arrived. The room overlooks the freeway, and the sound of cars and doors slamming from neighboring rooms kept me up all night. When I checked out the next day and was asked, "how was your stay" I was honest. I was very impressed with Alex and Ethan at the front desk. They listened with empathy and compassion and apologized - despite it not being their fault. I was offered to have my meal covered and additional Marriott points, which I appreciated. Alex and Ethan are the reason I am giving this review 4 stars. They really understand and deliver excellent customer service. Props to them both!

Always a great place to stay before after a flight. Service is always of the highest quality. Rooms are very very nice. Can’t recommend this place enough if you are heading in or out of YVR. Only recommendation to the hotel would to offer an alternate to plastic water bottles that are in the rooms and offered when checking in, such as aluminum water bottles as a more environmentally friendly option. The tapwater that is in the room is absolutely drinkable and bottled water isn’t even really necessary.

Very close the airport! Stayed here for the day for a 9 hour layover. My international flight landed early in the day and my next flight wasn’t until the evening. Staff were kind and friendly! They allowed me to check in early, which was much appreciated. It was a great rest over until my next flight. The bed was very comfy, wish I could’ve stayed longer. They have an airport shuttle that I didn’t use this trip.

Absolutely wonderful stay at The Westin Wall Centre - Vancouver Airport! From the moment we arrived, the staff were excellent - truly amazing and incredibly attentive to every detail. We arrived way earlier than the standard 4:00 pm check-in time, and they went above and beyond by accommodating us with a complimentary early check-in at 10:00 am, which made such a difference after traveling. The free hotel shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and seamless. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the ocean view was a beautiful bonus that made the stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional service, thoughtful hospitality, and a great location—highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again! PS - Truly enjoyed the hot apple cider at the lobby.

She is truly one of the hardest-working and most dedicated employees I’ve ever met. No matter how busy it gets, Jessica greets every guest with a warm, genuine smile. She works tirelessly, without ever expecting recognition, yet she absolutely deserves to be celebrated as one of the hotel’s most valued team members. Jessica embodies the spirit and excellence of the Westin and Marriott brand. Her positive energy, professional attitude, and exceptional customer service make every visit memorable. People like her are the reason guests come back again and again. She is simply amazing — super, super, super! Thank you, Jessica, for making each experience exceptional. You truly make a difference!

I stayed here on an overnight business trip. The shuttles should be confirmed with the front dest prior to needing them, but were all on time and got me to the airport quickly. The restaurant downstairs had great service and good food. The menu was meat heavy and only had a few vegetarian options that were a pasta or salad. But still delicious either way. I’d stay here again easily.

I stayed at the hotel for just one night in April, but it left a lasting impression thanks to the exceptional service from the friendly and professional staff. The room was spacious, spotless, and reflected the high standards I’ve come to expect from Westin. A convenient perk was the complimentary airport shuttle, which made arriving late and catching an early flight from YVR completely stress-free. As a Marriott Platinum Elite member, I didn’t have the chance to visit the Club Lounge this time, but I look forward to experiencing it on my next stay and sharing a detailed review. Overall, I highly recommend this property for both comfort and convenience.

Beautiful hotel, immaculate room, exceptional service. First time here. Conveniently located close to the airport. Min at reception kindly allowed us to check in early, gave us a beautiful room on a higher floor with a view, and also gave us a gift for our first time stay. That’s what I call exceptional generosity and customer service. The room itself was super clean, bright, and the bed was very comfortable. Will come back for sure. Very highly recommended.

We decided to stay here during our trip to Vancouver. I'm so glad I picked this location. Everything was within driving distance with being close to the highway and four minutes from the airport ?. Our room offered an amazing view of the planes flying in and also the mountains. The staff was attentive, welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Westin to stay during travel. Yes will book again when we visit British Colombia again.
